Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you get from Poppersona. Whether it’s a sticker of your emotionally complicated creature or a shirt that makes you feel slightly more like yourself, we hope everything arrives safe, intact, and full of weird joy.

That said, things happen. Because everything is printed on demand, returns and refunds work a little differently here, so please read carefully before you order your emotional support hoodie.

What We Can Fix

We can offer a free replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect.

  • You received the wrong item, size, or color.

If any of these happen, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include photos so we can file a claim with our fulfillment partner (Printful) and get things sorted fast.

What We Can’t Fix (No-Return Scenarios)

Because every item is custom-printed, we can’t offer returns or exchanges if:

  • You ordered the wrong size, style, or color

  • You changed your mind after placing the order

  • You were hoping your shirt would give you new personality traits (sorry, no refunds for existential disappointment)

If you’re unsure, email us before ordering—we’ll help you pick the right fit for you and your inner monster.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Email us at contact@poppersona.com within 30 days of receiving your item

  2. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the item

  3. We’ll review your request and let you know the next steps

If approved, you’ll receive a replacement (at no cost to you) or a refund to your original payment method.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

We can’t accept returns on:

    • Digital downloads (like PDF personality sheets or wallpapers)

    • Gift cards

    • Custom items (unless they arrive damaged)

    • Any item that has been used, washed, altered, or emotionally bonded with

    • Anything returned after 30 days without prior communication

Other Important Notes

    • Shipping costs for returns are only covered if the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect—otherwise, shipping is non-refundable

    • Items lost in transit are covered (just contact us ASAP)

    • If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or non-collection, you may be responsible for reshipping costs

Partial Refunds (a.k.a. Sad Situations We’ll Still Try to Help With)

We may approve partial refunds in cases like:

    • Items returned in less-than-perfect condition (damage not caused by us)

    • Orders missing parts that weren’t our fault

    • Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery, but with a very convincing email

Gift Orders

If your item was a gift, we can send the replacement or credit to the original purchaser or directly to the gift recipient—just let us know who to make happy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email letting you know what’s next:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and sent to your original payment method

  • Timing depends on your bank or credit card processor—it can take a few business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t shown up yet:

    1. Check your bank account again

    2. Contact your card company—it might be processing

    3. Still nothing? Contact your bank

    4. Still still nothing? Email us: contact@poppersona.com
